Individual stainless steel hex nuts are welded to create lacy pieces, then linked together to create ribbon-like dangle earrings. A translucent blue drop cut from acrylic sheet hangs from each earring. The heat from welding gives the metal a warm, varied color patina that subtly shines in the light.
